Colonix
Being prolific online has its perks: I am found and recruited for product reviews! Following my Unicity parasite cleanse, I will be doing Colonix for the month of October. Any parasites living in my body do not stand a chance! I will not be sharing all of the intimate details of this endeavor, although I will be sharing more salient information and an eventual product review in my fibromyalgia and raw food blogs.

Let Them Eat Weeds
Now that I am coming around to embracing a fully raw lifestyle[*], the challenge remains: how does one get good quality (and organic) produce at reasonable prices. Sure, I still plan to imbibe on the occasional bowl of Pho or a morsel of cheese while visiting a winery, but my aim is a near raw lifestyle. One of the main deterrents has been cost. Of course, this can be mitigated by NOT WASTING FOOD. I have been guilty of this crime on more than one occasion – I need to learn to reuse my leftovers to a greater degree. Reusing does not mean feeding them to the squirrels.
I am also investigating the option of u-picks. At Mapletons Organic, a bag of fresh herbs (Sage, Mint, Chives, and Basil) cost a mere $1.00. There were also goats. (For our viewing pleasure and company; not for picking!)

[*] – There also needs to be a positive culinary factor involved here; although prehistoric man could perhaps live on weeds alone, I suspect that modern homosapiens would find it more challenging!
